We start with you

No cookie-cutter plans. First, we dig into your lifestyle, goals, diet history, and routines. I want to know what’s worked, what hasn’t, and how we can make things actually fit your life. Whether it’s hormones, work stress, or gym anxiety — we build around it.

Education meets strategy

You won’t just get a meal plan and be left to it. I coach you through why we’re doing what we’re doing — from protein targets to lifting structure to what a calorie deficit really means. Expect support, check-ins, habit tweaks, education, and tools that actually help you stay consistent (even when life feels busy and stressful).

Results that stick

No matter your goal - whether it’s fat loss, body composition, or getting stronger - we’ll help you get results that actually last. This isn’t a quick fix. We focus on building muscle, improving how your body looks and feels, and creating an approach to food and training that feels sustainable, realistic, and in your control — long after we stop working together.
